Old Familiar Steam
a short comedy/drama by Mike Phelan
Reenie, a middle-aged waittress,
arrives at her West Texas home for a lunchtime tryst with
her lover. But her husband, Wendell, unexpectedly
arrives at just the wrong time. Wendell toys with her
but shows a surprising lack of jealousy. When Reenie
eventually explodes out of frustration, she finds out why.
